U.S. LawShield is seeking a charismatic, part-time Field Sales Representative to present to groups at gun shows and events in Houston, TX. You will engage audiences, answer questions, and guide attendees toward enrollment, while earning commissions with no cap on income and receiving full support to obtain your license.

The role emphasizes weekend availability, with flexible schedule and potential for advancement to full-time positions as you perform and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups to a decision.
• Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Plus: Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local ranges, stores, and training facilities.
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and guide prospects to a decision.
• Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate. Prepare. Protect.
• Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
