Job summary

Proof of the Pudding, the exclusive food & beverage partner to DUKE University Athletics, is seeking multiple Warehouse Associates in Durham, NC. The role supports receiving, sorting, and organizing orders and products to maximize kitchen efficiency for events.

You will work with Chefs and the Operations Team to verify shipments, manage inventories, and assist with distribution during event days. The position is part-time with meals, scheduling flexibility, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume food distribution role is required.
• Familiarity with invoices and inventory tracking is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Reliable commute to Durham, NC is required.
• Ability to work independently and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort incoming shipments and organize product.
• Verify shipments against invoices and orders.
• Assist with inventory management and PO processes.
• Prepare and distribute products for events and kitchen needs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper storage of items.
