Très L.A. Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Event Dishwasher to support our culinary team for catered events at the Pacific Design Center, Très L.A. Bistro & Bar, and other event locations throughout Los Angeles.

This role is ideal for someone looking to pick up shifts alongside another job or commitment. Shifts are scheduled in advance but vary based on events and business needs, so strong evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Dishwasher or kitchen utility experience preferred but not required.
• Positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a busy setting.
• Must be physically active; stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Current Food Handler Card required.
• Reliable transportation; availability for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and serviceware
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, packing, and cleaning
• Collect, sort, and organize dirty dishes during and after service
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost; keep areas neat
• Assist chefs and event team with basic support tasks
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
