Responsibilities

• Maintains sanitary and safe work environment.
• Keeps floors and walls clean; sweeps and mops as needed.
• Washes dishes and equipment; uses dishwashing machine as required.
• Cleans pots, pans, trays and surfaces.
• Removes trash and maintains storage areas.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas.
• Sets up and maintains dishwashing stations during events.
• Keeps china, glass and silver in order.
• Fulfills all other duties as assigned.
