Legends Global is seeking a Part Time Steward/Dishwasher at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. The position supports event operations by keeping kitchen areas and equipment clean and organized, while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires flexible hours, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic English literacy; a High School Diploma or GED is required along with one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to add and subtract.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must read, write and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sanitary and safe work environment.
• Always maintains clean dry floors and walls, including sweeping and mopping.
• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators, deli slicers and buffalo chopper.
• Segregates and removes trash, garbage and cardboard and places it in designated containers.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and assists with receiving orders.
• Sets up, maintains and works the dishwashing stations at events.
• Helps keep all china, glass and silver in place and in order.
