Lumos Experiences is seeking part-time event crew to support weekend candlelight concerts in venues across the Netherlands. The role involves in-person engagement, guest check-in, seating assistance, and coordinating with musicians and venue staff.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable, and able to lift up to 45 lbs, with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Shifts are Fridays and Saturdays, typically 2 PM–10 PM, with potential additional hours as the company grows.

• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.

• Willing to drive up to 2 hours to an event.
