Urban Aesthetic Med Spa is seeking a creative and organized Event Planner to support in-clinic events, patient outreach, and community partnerships that elevate our brand presence. This role collaborates with marketing and clinical teams to deliver engaging experiences in a professional healthcare setting.

The position is part-time with flexible scheduling, offering hands-on involvement in events, promotions, and brand-building activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events
• Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor communication, and scheduling
• Help create promotional materials and event briefs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event timelines, task lists, and attendee follow-up
• Assist with onsite event support to ensure a high-quality guest experience
