Responsibilities

• Onsite setup, tear-down, cleaning, problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality service.
• Back-up cashier duties at Fooda Cafés when needed.
• Coordinate access for restaurants and building staff.
• Troubleshoot POS and onsite technology issues.
• Conduct onsite promotions and app coaching.
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues promptly.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary.
