Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Concessions Supervisor in California to support concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations for events. You will train staff, manage event day personnel, and uphold high standards of service, sanitation, and product quality.

Responsibilities include inventory control, routine audits, and enforcing responsible alcohol service while ensuring safety policies are followed across all venue events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team oriented setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Able to work in an open aired environment in all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs/ramps.
• Must be able to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with direct customer interaction.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Educate and enforce responsible service of alcohol and ensure compliance.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
