Job summary

Leo A. Hoffmann Center (LAHC) in Minnesota is seeking Part-Time Registered Nurses for evening and weekend shifts. This role coordinates day-to-day medical needs of clients, administers medications, and ensures compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with treatment and clinical staff to monitor symptoms, document care plans, and support a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment for adolescents served by LAHC.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Preferred specialized training or at least two years of experience with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor the physical and mental health needs of clients.
• Coordinate ongoing medical services and healthcare appointments.
• Administer, monitor, and document medications per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with the agency psychiatrist and treatment team to support client psychiatric care.
• Communicate medical concerns, observations, and recommendations to the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Provide accurate, timely documentation consistent with treatment plans and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with state licensing standards and healthcare regulations.
• Support a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment for clients.
