Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance and store standards.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service excellence.
• Lead truck execution, ensuring timely unloading and accurate sorting of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to meet business needs.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution to ensure accurate merchandising sets on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product presentation as per company guidelines.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and proper stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant pricing and promotional signage.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving processes.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and safe operations.
