Job summary

The Night/Weekend On-Site Supervisor for the Duke Faculty Club will help oversee evening and weekend operations, support members, maintain club facilities, and ensure policies are followed. This role requires initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work independently to create a welcoming and safe environment.

Part-time, year-round position with approximately 5 to 12 hours per week and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional environment for members.
• Assist members with check-in and respond to inquiries.
• Provide front office support and assist Duke Faculty Club members.
• Support special events and activities as needed.
