Job summary

Wegmans Abingdon, MD is hiring for a sushi prep role part-time. You will assist in preparing fresh sushi, nigiri, and other items and help customers with made-to-order requests. Training will be provided in traditional techniques within a fast-paced, customer-focused store environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients: slice fish, cut vegetables, make sushi rice.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently to ensure timely preparation in a busy store setting.
• Uphold food presentation quality and customer satisfaction.
