Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Duluth, MN is seeking an Evening Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, including toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and dementia-related care. You will help maintain a home-like, compassionate environment where each resident is treated with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Age 18 or older; CNA eligibility as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors with dignity.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End-of-life care.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Daily laundry and resident activities.
