Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Westlake community is seeking a Part-Time Server to support dining services in Westlake, OH. Shift is 4:30pm–7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday, with a friendly, home-like environment focused on residents' quality of life.

You will greet residents, assist with service, and help maintain a welcoming dining room. Candidates must be 16+, English-proficient, energetic, mobile, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and criminally cleared.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with service preparation and table readiness for meals.
• Maintain a clean, orderly dining area and support resident comfort.
