Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Server at Vitalia Stow, located in Stow, OH. The position is full-time with a morning shift, Tue–Sat, 6:30am–2:00pm, offering opportunities to interact with residents and support dining services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Must read/write/understand English at least 8th grade level to communicate with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting/standing/walking and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Prepare tables and prep areas for service, and assist with meal setup.
• Bus tables and keep dining areas tidy and presentable.
• Communicate dietary changes or appetite issues to supervisors and Wellness.
