Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• English reading, writing and comprehension at 8th grade level or higher.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Mingle, entertain, and foster resident connections.
• Assist with meal service preparation and setting tables.
• Buss tables and keep dining areas tidy.
• Assist residents with seating, standing, and mobility as needed.
• Monitor residents’ needs and report dietary changes.
