Greencroft Communities is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our Walnut Hills Assisted Living team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor residents' health, and build meaningful relationships with those you care for.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license and experience with older adults. Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills are essential. We value a compassionate, professional approach and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Ohio in good standing.
• Long-term care or experience with older adults preferred.
• Strong assessment, observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and collaborate with Nursing Assistants and other team members.
• Compassionate, professional, and positive approach.
• Genuine desire to build relationships with older adults.

Responsabilités

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.
• Complete assessments, vital signs, weights, and routine monitoring.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ordered tests.
• Document care and communicate changes with physicians, families, and care team.
• Process orders, admissions, discharges, and required documentation.
• Help maintain adequate medications and supplies.
• Promote a safe, respectful environment for residents.
