Greencroft Communities is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for a part-time role at Walnut Hills. You will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams on a flexible schedule with day or evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.
• Supervise and support CNAs as part of a collaborative care team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Advocate for residents and help ensure they receive the dignity, respect, and quality care they deserve.
