Job summary

Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is seeking ambitious Part-time Pharmacy Technicians for the evening shift in Franklin, TN. The schedule runs Monday-Thursday 4:00pm–9:00pm and Friday 3:30pm–8:30pm with a starting rate of $20/hour for non-certified technicians.

Responsibilities include filling and labeling prescriptions, operating light machinery, ensuring quality, and timely packaging and shipping. Requires Tennessee license (within 90 days), HS diploma, 1+ year experience; CPhT preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license in Tennessee is required but can be attained with help from the company within 90 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• CPhT is preferred.
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and perform tasks efficiently with accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and the ability to complete job duties with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening process.

Responsibilities

• Fill and/or label prescriptions daily utilizing multiple methods of preparation including automated tablet packaging technology, prepack machines, label conveyor application, and hand packing of prescriptions as needed.
• Perform setup, adjustment, and operation of light pharmacy machinery as needed to support daily production requirements.
• Accurate packaging and shipping of prescriptions on a daily basis.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all tasks.
