Network HealthCare Pharmacy is seeking a Mid-Shift Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Franklin, TN location. The role supports cycle-fill operations, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, with an 8-hour shift from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., five days per week.

The technician will process orders, maintain equipment, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety policies in a busy long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy technician license in good standing per state regulations.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification in good standing.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably long-term care.
• Able to read/write/speak English clearly.
• Ability to work moderate pace and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process First Dose boxes and batch labels.
• Export orders to center and patients; maintain cycle-fill machines.
• Process supplemental fill lists and re-run bags.
• Verify totes and ensure correct order for delivery.
• Pull medications from shelving and perform accuracy checks.
• Fill daily drug orders accurately under pharmacist supervision.
• Follow HIPAA and safety policies; keep workstation clean.

Mid-Shift Certified Pharmacy Technician/Cycle Fill - Franklin, TN

Network HealthCare Pharmacy is a closed-door pharmacy seeking a motivated Mid-Shift Certified Pharmacy Technician/Cycle Fill- to work in ourFranklin, TN location. The work schedule is 5 days a week, Monday-Friday – 8 hour shift from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (an hour lunch break).

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Pharmacy Fill Technician works under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist/Team Lead to perform tasks related to the preparing and delivery of prescriptions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process First Dose boxes
• Process batch and null labels
• Export of Orders/Center and Patients
• Maintenance of machines used in Cycle Fill (i.e. Tigger, Roo, Winnie. Parata)
• Process supplemental fill list and check rolls.
• Run repack and process re-run bags
• Verify and check totes to ensure correct order is in appropriate tote for delivery
• Pull/pick medications from shelving and other medication storage areas (prepack racks)
• Accuracy check of final preparation prior to presenting to pharmacist
• Fill daily drug orders accurately and efficiently and in a timely and prioritized manner, under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA
• Maintain clean/organized workstation areas and replenish all stock supplies needed each shift
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication/product that is not scanning properly
• Comply with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code
• Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Pharmacy technician licenses required by state regulations and state of practice in good standing
• Pharmacy Technician certification through PTCB or ExCPT in good standing
• Previous work experience in a pharmacy setting preferably long-term care
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Able to work at a moderate speed
• Able to work during inclement weather
• ReliableGood organization/Attention to detail
• Able to physically perform light lifting
