Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Non-Driving Parking Attendant in Los Angeles, CA for afternoon and evening shifts. This role does not require driving customer vehicles and focuses on customer service, safety, and smooth parking operations.

The position is part-time, with hours 8:00am–12:00pm Monday–Friday. You will greet customers, direct vehicles, monitor lots, answer questions about rates and procedures, and report incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• No driving required; valid driver's license not necessary.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Dependable and punctual with good attendance.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces.
• Monitor parking areas for safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Answer customer questions regarding parking procedures, rates, or locations.
• Assist with basic parking equipment or ticket validation as needed.
• Report issues, incidents, or violations to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
