Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Parking Maintenance Attendant in Los Angeles to keep parking structures and lots clean, safe, and welcoming. The role includes light cleaning, routine inspections, and basic maintenance to support a positive experience for customers and staff.

Shifts run Saturday through Wednesday from 10:00pm to 6:30am; the position requires physical work and a commitment to safety. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or cleaning experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate loads.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform light cleaning in parking garages and lots, including sweeping and mopping.
• Maintain cleanliness of stairwells, elevators, entryways, and walkways.
• Empty trash, report damages or safety hazards to supervision.
• Assist with basic maintenance and pressure washing as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
