Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Evanston, IL for part-time evening shifts (5p–11p, M-W-F with call). The role provides perioperative and unit-based nursing care, focusing on safety, patient-centered planning, and collaboration with the health team.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of an approved nursing program with IL RN licensure and CPR/BLS; ACLS/PALS and CPAN/CAPA are preferred. The position includes competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• IL RN License required.
• 1 year experience in PACU/ ICU/ Behavioral Health preferred.
• CPR BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and PALS by the American Heart Association preferred.
• CPAN/CAPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care for a specified unit using the nursing process.
• Involve patient and family in the plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance for practice.
• Guide unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering care.
• Communicate with nurses, physicians and health team to ensure outcomes.
