Qualifications

• Current IA RN license and BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Must promote resident safety and well-being as per plan of care.
• Ability to follow physician regimens and nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, interventions, and evaluation.
• Execute regimens prescribed by physicians within nursing practice guidelines.
• Perform and/or supervise activities within LPN scope; seek assistance as needed.
• Provide leadership and direction in supervising others through the nursing process.
• Apply nursing process including assessment, planning and interventions.
• Execute physician regimens within guidelines.
• Perform/supervise activities within RN scope; seek assistance when beyond scope.
• Provide leadership and direction in supervision of others.
