Evening availability is required: 4 PM to 12 AM, Tuesday through Saturday when needed, with Sundays and Mondays closed. Candidates should be detail-oriented, possess good communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work evenings 4 PM to 12 AM as part of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Washing pots and pans.
• Putting away all dishes and glasses.
• Performing duties as assigned by the Chef or General Manager.
• Follow the 5S foundations for lean production and clean facilities.
