Qualifications

• Ability to read and identify chemical labels on containers.
• Experience with proper use of janitorial chemicals and mechanical equipment.
• Must pass criminal background check and random drug screens.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations.

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean environment with dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Sanitization: Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures to high health standards.
• Floor Care: Perform dust mopping, wet mopping, stripping, scrubbing, and carpet spot cleaning.
• Specialized Cleaning: Clean computer rooms, glass surfaces, and polish furniture, chrome, and stainless steel.
• Compliance: Adhere to Agency policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements including CARF, OSHA, and DOL.
• Government Standards: Maintain performance standards subject to inspection by government officials.
• Warehouse Support: Assist with bailing cardboard, returning empty skids, and cleaning spills.
