Job summary

Northampton Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to join our team. This full-time role from 7 am to 3 pm every other weekend helps maintain clean, safe, and welcoming resident spaces at our 180-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.

This position offers $16 per hour plus Daily Pay options, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work culture built on our core values of compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Follow safety precautions and manufacturer instructions when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties according to housekeeping standards and infection control practices.
• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, and offices.
• Maintain clean, organized utility and storage rooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and furnishings.
• Dust furniture and clean surfaces.
• Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to appropriate personnel.
