Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in security or customer service preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital property to ensure safety for patients, visitors and staff.
• Handle and monitor patients exhibiting violent behavior.
• Investigate security incidents and document findings.
• Maintain daily activity reports and logs.
• Lock/unlock buildings across the campus and participate in fire/disaster response teams.
• Enforce hospital parking policy and greet customers professionally.
• Assist in de-escalation and safe restraint if needed.
• Perform hazardous decontamination procedures when required.
