D1 Training Alliance is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to support our evening and weekend operations at the Fort Worth facility. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team, and wants to be part of a high-energy fitness community.

As the first point of contact for members, athletes and parents, you will help create a welcoming, organized and professional experience inside our facility, supporting member experiences and retail

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with adults and youth athletes.
• Ability to follow systems and complete checklists.
• Available to consistently work the assigned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, athletes, parents and guests and check them into classes.
• Process retail purchases accurately using the POS system and handle basic transactions.
• Keep the front desk area tidy, organized and presentable; assist with daily cleaning tasks.
• Assist during events, camps and community nights and help with check-in during busy times.
