Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking a night-shift doorstep valet trash team member to service multifamily communities in Nashville. You will collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using a tote or cart and record activity with our field app. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Applicants must own an open-bed pickup truck, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00pm until approximately 2 hours, with growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection at service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Use Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor/manager to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize disturbance to residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs as required.
• Own an open bed pickup truck and valid driver's license with insurance.
