Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts in the Southeast Massachusetts region, including Mansfield, Taunton, and Fall River. Be part of a supportive team providing care to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, with on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.

Competitive wages, up to $22 per hour after one year of eligible employment, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver's license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and a Physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide individual community outings and meal preparation.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Coordinate medical appointments and transportation if needed
