Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner (2nd Shift) to perform interior cleaning and related tasks under the Custodial Manager. The role includes trash removal, floor care, window cleaning, restroom stocking, and general facility upkeep. May also assist with exterior cleaning and basic maintenance as needed.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and some cleaning experience. The job requires on-call availability for evenings or weekends and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• Some related cleaning experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings or weekends (on call).
• Must follow safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Daily interior cleaning of the building including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, restroom restocking, and floor care.
• May perform exterior cleaning and basic maintenance as directed.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs as needed.
• Assist with inventory control, supply orders, and tenant moves as assigned.
• Notify management promptly of spills, safety issues, or equipment problems.
