Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift on a part-time basis. The role involves cleaning floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and common areas in accordance with company standards. Applicants should be able to work with minimal supervision and follow directions while using standard cleaning tools and equipment.

Compensation is hourly and commensurate with location and experience. The position supports a benefits package and a team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment, including a portable backpack vacuum.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily and shampoo rugs when directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and high surfaces as required.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor dispensers; report any defects to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners as needed; assist with snow removal when directed.
