Job summary

Sylvania is seeking an evening custodian in Clinton, CT to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and the school community.

The 4-hour shift runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This non-union role includes sick, personal, and vacation time, enrollment in a non-certified pension, and does not provide paid holidays or health benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Custodial experience is helpful but not required.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and lift/move equipment.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
