Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time kitchen team member for 2:30pm-7:00pm shifts. You will prepare high-quality meals following standard recipes and special diet orders, in collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef.

You should have at least two years of kitchen experience, knowledge of sanitation, and strong customer service skills. The role requires clear communication and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in kitchen roles (hotel, restaurant, or similar).
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Clear communication and ability to work with kitchen team.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional; able to multitask.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Prepare high-quality meals following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Assist in food and supply management with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef; manage inventories and storage.
