Job summary

The Villa at St. Louis Park in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Concierge to ensure guests have a pleasant experience during transitional care stays. Evening shifts and every-other-weekend availability are required.

You will greet guests, assist with admissions, manage snack cart supplies, and help with in-house events while supporting families and residents with a friendly, service-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests to promote the goals of Villa Healthcare: Exceptional Care, Unexpected Luxury and Passionate Care
• Meet with resident or responsible party within 24 to 48 hours of admission
• Attentive to resident requests that would better their experience during their stay
• Responsible to manage andpurchase necessary supplies to maintain the Snack Cart
• Ensure resident rooms are ready for new admissions
• Complete tours of the building for any prospective residents or family members seeking placement.
• Will maintain the Customer Service Questionnaires and follow-up and address any concerns that arise
• Expected to make daily rounds to interact and meet with family members and residents.
• Assist with in-house events
