Job summary

LCB Senior Living’s Residence at Basking Ridge is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet visitors, assist residents, and coordinate services for the Emerald Suites program.

Responsibilities include answering phones, directing calls, providing clerical support, arranging events and transportation, and working with department heads to ensure a welcoming, well-maintained environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic telephone reception systems and ability to answer calls pleasantly.
• Clerical support responsibilities in a professional manner.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
• Be the point of reference for residents needing assistance or information.
• Answer the phone, take reservations, messages, or mail, and redirect calls.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions.
• Maintain the Concierge floor look with flowers, beverages, and tidiness.
