Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Mandan Sunset in Mandan, ND, to provide resident-centered care in the 2:00pm–10:15pm shift. The role includes bathing, grooming, vital signs, and mobility support in a 128-bed facility.

You’ll work with a compassionate team in a faith-based, nonprofit setting, with opportunities for professional growth and a sign-on incentive. Training and certification are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16 or older.
• CNA certification with State Board; training provided if not certified.
• Annual continuing education requirement (12 hours).
• State registry if applicable (UAP).
• Driving eligibility may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and meal support.
• Record vital signs and document care interactions.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Support infection prevention and PPE usage.
