Job summary

Good Samaritan Mandan Sunset is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our evening shift team in Mandan, ND. This part-time position offers 22.5 hours per week with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $19.50–$25.50 per hour.

As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, document care, and support infection control under RN supervision in a faith-based long-term care setting. Rotating weekends and holidays apply.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in process
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care during scheduled shifts under RN supervision
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing and daily living activities
• Record vital signs and document care and responses to interventions
• Assist with transfers, position changes, and mobility using proper techniques
• Support meals, hydration, and nutritional supplements; create a positive dining experience
• Support infection prevention and use of PPE as per policies
• Assist with wellness activities and documentation as needed
