Volare Health seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time evening shift at Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Medford, OR.

Wages range from $22.77 to $29.30 per hour, based on certified experience. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting vital signs, and maintaining clean, safe rooms while collaborating with the care team. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
• Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
• Perform additional duties as assigned
