Volare Health is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality care and comfort to residents at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR. NEW starting wages range from $25.18 to $32.45 per hour, based on certified experience. PRN schedule with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
• Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

What You Need:

• Ability to pick up 1-2 shifts per pay period + 2 weekend shifts per month (Required under PRN status)
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
• Recent education or completed clinical hours
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
