Job summary

Volare Health, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Medford, OR as a PRN team member. Starting wage ranges from $25.18 to $32.45 per hour, depending on CNA experience, with flexible shifts and opportunities to support residents’ daily living needs.

You’ll provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, document vital signs, and collaborate closely with the care team to uphold dignity, safety, and comfort

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
• Ability to pick up 1–2 shifts per pay period and 2 weekend shifts per month as required for PRN status
• Recent CNA education or completed clinical hours
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to resident care
• Commitment to treating every resident with respect, dignity, and kindness

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Promoting resident safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity
• Following individualized care plans and accurately documenting vital signs
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas
• Communicating and collaborating with nurses and other members of the care team
• Performing additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Do
