Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a cleaning associate for evening shifts at a busy bank in Duluth, MN.

You will sweep, vacuum, mop floors, remove waste, and clean restrooms while dusting and sanitizing surfaces throughout the building. The role requires lifting up to 30 lbs and working after 6:30pm as part of a permanent schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors throughout.
• Waste removal: collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies.
• Dust, wipe and sanitize surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Description

Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30pm to 8:00pm (Flexible Start time)

Requirements:

There is a lot of spot cleaning of interior glass, dusting, sweeping & mopping, & vacuuming of entrances, garbage's, offices, and break area. This is a busy bank. Start time is typically after 6:30pm and can be flexible, as long as it's completed before 11:59pm.

• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
