Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a housekeeping associate to maintain a 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation condo. The role involves detailed cleaning for month-to-month reservations with flexible scheduling.

You will perform beds, kitchen and appliance cleaning, and ensure bathrooms are replenished and sanitary. Typical shifts follow a schedule with daytime hours; prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the condo area.
• Waste removal: collect and dispose of trash from bins.
• Restrooms: clean and sanitize, restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels).
• Surface cleaning: dust, wipe and sanitize surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Shift: Monday through Sunday 12:00pm to 1:30pm

Requirements

This account is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that is used as a vacation rental. There is no set schedule, it's based on the month-to-month reservations that come in. Typical cleaning times are after 11am and sometimes done before 4pm if new customers are planning to check-in. This account can be any day of the week Sun-Sat depending on the need.Candidate must be detail oriented, duties include making beds, clean kitchen and appliances, sweep and mop floors, dusting, vacuuming, windows, tubs/showers cleaned and replenishing supplies in the bathrooms according to list created by customer.

• You must be 18 years old.

• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
