Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a part-time Public Spaces General Cleaner in Duluth, MN. The role supports cleaning of floors, restrooms, and all surfaces to maintain a safe, clean facility.

Shift is Monday–Friday from 5:30pm to 10:30pm (25 total hours/week). Requires 18+ years old, English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs; a background check is required.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors throughout the building.
• Collect and dispose of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Dust, wipe and sanitize surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies(toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
