Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C., Marsden Holding Company is seeking a permanent janitorial worker for a bank in Cold Spring, MN. Shift: Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings (5:30pm–7:00pm) with a late Friday addition (7:15pm–8:15pm). Location: Cold Spring, MN.

Compensation: $15.50/hour. Must be 18+, speak English, and pass a pre-employment background check. Lift up to 30 lbs and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to speak English; safety and communication.
• Pre-employment criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste removal: collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Surface cleaning: dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Description

Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30pm to 7:0pm and Addition site Friday from 7:15pm to 8:15pm (5.5 hrs. week Requires Driver's License and Insurance)

Location: Cold Spring, MN

Requirements

The location is janitorial cleaning at a bank consisting of private offices, teller area, lobby area, work room, break room, restroom(s), entrance(s), hallway, etc. The start time is flexible after 5:30 PM. Applicant must be dependable and very detailed oriented. 2nd location is small office a few minutes away general cleaning.

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
