Job summary

Dallas Skin Institute in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Esthetics Instructor for a part-time, on-site role. The instructor will teach esthetics courses, deliver engaging and hands-on lessons aligned with the institution’s curriculum, and mentor a diverse group of students.

The instructor will also create and update course materials, evaluate student performance, and prepare students for successful careers in the aesthetics and beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Skin Care and Cosmetology expertise with a strong foundation in theory and practical application.
• Experience in teaching, training, and mentoring students in classroom or hands-on settings.
• Curriculum development and lesson planning knowledge for beauty/esthetics programs.
• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Current Texas esthetician or cosmetology instructor license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in medical aesthetics is a plus.

Responsibilities
