Job summary

Qualifications

• Skin Care and Cosmetology expertise with a strong foundation in theory and practical application.
• Experience in teaching, training, and mentoring students in classroom or hands-on settings.
• Curriculum development and lesson planning knowledge for beauty/esthetics programs.
• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Current Texas esthetician or cosmetology instructor license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in medical aesthetics is a plus.

Role Description
