Role Description The Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based at the Amarillo, TX campus. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in aesthetics, skin care, and hair design, following the institute’s approved curriculum and standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching theoretical and practical classes, supervising hands-on training, and demonstrating techniques that reflect current industry practices and technologies. The Instructor evaluates student performance, provides constructive feedback, maintains accurate academic records, and supports students in developing professional attitudes and workplace readiness. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty and staff to uphold compliance with regulatory requirements, support career placement initiatives, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
